Clarissa Sligh is an artist/phtographer whose work is based on personal and community stories made as photographs, artist's books, installations, and mixed media. She has received several awards, including and MEA Fellowship, Anonymous Was a Woman, and the International Center of Photography's Infinity Award.

Sligh teaches in the graduate photography department at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
